Think of it like learning to drive: once you’ve mastered the basics, you can adapt your skills to different vehicles, weather conditions, and terrains. In much the same way, developing the ability to manage your mental and physical well-being empowers you to navigate life’s varied challenges with greater ease and resilience. You're not just learning to cope—you’re learning to cope and manage, whatever the road ahead may hold.
