I've been a psychologist (NZ-trained and registered) since 2001, and I specialise in mind-body medicine. I started HealthWorkz Psychology in 2003. I have worked extensively in healthcare with adults for well-being, mental health, physical rehabilitation and performance.

 

My experience comes from working with corporate health (i.e. general well-being), private health clinics (i.e. chronic pain management, return to work and cardiac rehab), public hospitals (i.e. physical rehab, respiratory care, rheumatology, neurology and general wards), government services (i.e. NZ Police, ACC) and performance sectors.
