EMERGENCY & HEALTH PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
I can relate to the demands of working in high-pressure environments, having spent over 20 years supporting emergency services personnel and more than 25 years working as a health professional myself.
My experience allows me to understand who you see, as I have worked in hospitals, rehabilitation settings, specialist clinics and private practice, working with adults facing a wide range of physical and psychological health challenges.
This broad background allows me to support you for your health across the continuum of health and wellbeing from foundational areas such as sleep, fatigue, stress and resilience through to adjustment and recovery from health conditions including concussion, cancer, chronic pain, cardiac conditions and other injuries or illnesses.
What does Emergency & Health Professional Support look like?
Working in emergency or healthcare can be highly rewarding, but it also involves regularly working in environments that require high levels of responsibility, decision-making, compassion and performance. Over time, exposure to workplace stress, critical incidents, victim or patient suffering, and ongoing demands can affect well-being, recovery, and professional satisfaction.
